In an interview posted in ekantipur on 2007-08-19; Prachanda aka PKD said: “The country will be caught in a dangerous civil war if the CA elections do not take place on the rescheduled date.” (Referring to Nov 22 polls)Now he says: "There is no point making a rush for the November 22 polls and that it would make no difference if the polls are held in between mid-April and mid-May".

They (every one out there) simply dont have any weight/accountability on what they speak. Do we even need leaders, I sometimes ponder what if the country to be run by bureaucrats. I don't see any reason why we need Minister in Nepal, since they have no clue what their ministries does.
